Decking completed and bubbly hot tubs to go
We were delighted to welcome Derek and Laura Beaumont, Directors of AB Sundecks to Celtic Escapes recently, to view the outstanding decking supplied. Adding to the already extensive features of the super funky Poppy Lodges, the decking gives a luxurious base to the bubby hot tub. The glass balustrading is just the ticket to enhance views across expansive rolling countryside, yet still allowing privacy.
We're celebrating our 20th Anniversary
2019 - a big year for Celtic Holiday Parks
March is a really important month for Celtic Holiday Parks, as we celebrate our 20th Anniversary. 20 years ago the Pendleton family (Vic, Ann and their son Huw) bought Croft Country Park in Reynalton, starting the journey into the Holiday Park industry in Wales. Having sold the family farm in Rhuallt, North Wales, Huw's Nana 'Peggy' showed great faith in the family dream, moving to Reynalton in Pembrokeshire at the age of 81.
Puffins return to Skomer Island
Why not book your next break around this wonderful spectacular
Pembrokeshire is blessed by a number of islands off its dramatic coast. The most famous is probably Skomer Island, which is home to Manx Shearwaters, a plethora of wildlife and of course it's infamous Puffin population. During early Spring the amazing wildflowers, especially bluebells, seem to carpet the island in stunning blossom.
Puffins can be seen on Skomer from April until August, with the biggest numbers present from June to mid-July.
Grateful thanks to Behind the Lens media for this spectacular image
You can book your boat trip to Skomer Island here with Dale Sailing Company http://www.pembrokeshire-islands.co.uk/wildlife/puffins/
