Wales Fire Break Lockdown commencing Friday 23rd October
In line with an announcement by the Welsh Government this afternoon, Wales will be under a "Fire-wall Lockdown" from 6 pm Friday 23rd October until 9th November.

THE CELTIC HOLIDAY PARKS FLEXIBLE BOOKING PROMISE
For all visitors with a check in date prior to and including 8th November Celtic Holiday Parks is offering our flexi booking promise. This will enable you to move your booking to a period of up to 12 months from your existing check in date, subject to availability. Alternatively we are able to provide a credit note for future use, or a full refund.
We will not be making any administration charges for such a move. You may however be required to make further payment in regard to the cost of the new holiday, if priced differently to your original booking. We would confirm this with you at a future date. For any bookings after 10th November, 2020 our standard terms and conditions apply.

As well as Cardiff and Swansea which are affected from 6 pm 27/09. Following the Welsh Government's announcement in regard to the lockdown in Rhondda Cynon Taf as of 6pm 17th September.

As a result of changes in legislation made last Friday, the wearing of masks in all public places at Celtic Holiday Parks is now mandatory. You don't have to wear a mask around the Parks, but you must if you are entering any of our buildings. This includes toilet and shower blocks, restaurants and bars, launderettes, beauty and fitness.
In addition if you are using any of the Charlie's restaurants you can only book a maximum of 6 persons per table, all of whom must be from an extended household bubble which can consist of up to 4 households.
Swimming Pools at Celtic Wellbeing reopen to the public
Our swimming pools at both Croft Country Park and Meadow House are now reopen to the public on a "Book on the Day" basis, subject to availability. There is restricted swimming time, with the ability to book a 30 minute or 1 hour swimming slot. Booking is essential.

We received very positive news from the Welsh Government, that subject to no further amendments being made, Celtic Holiday Parks will reopen on 13th July 2020.
Everyone who has a holiday booked from 19th June 2020 - 12th July 2020 will be contacted by our Guest Relations Team to outline rebooking options. Alternatively if you wish to, please e mail email@example.com.

As we anticipate a high volume of calls, if you are unable to get through on our phone lines, please e mail in the first instance and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
With a variety of opening dates, and different messages being discussed across the media we wanted to update you on our current situation. You will probably be aware that there are “indicative” dates from Scotland to prepare for opening on 15th July and England on the 4th July, as long as it is safe to do so and the all important “R” rate is stable.

COVID-19 UPDATE TO HOLIDAY HOME OWNERS - 22nd March 2020
In addition to the correspondence below the UK Government published further advice on the evening of 22nd March.
"Essential travel does not include visits to second homes, camp sites, caravan parks or similar, whether for isolation purposes or holidays. People should remain in their primary residence. Not taking these steps puts additional pressure on communities and services that are already at risk".

Safari Tent review: Just returned home for a fabulous 2 nights in a luxury safari tent. The tent was very well equipped and spotlessly clean with Lovely comfortable beds.
Glamping Pods review: a fantastic weekend at the Classic Car Rally, staying in the Glamping Pods. Would recommend this very highly, stunning and clean and so comfy!! Next thing to try for us is the bluebells.
