Step three – purchasing
Celtic Holiday Park believe in absolute transparency, which is reflected by our managing director’s (Huw Pendleton) previous appointment as the chairman of the board of the BHHPA & our continued relationship with the National Caravan Council. Once you’ve chosen your perfect park and holiday home, with no small print the paperwork really couldn’t be simpler. Only if you are 100% confident and at ease with your decision, will you be ready to join the Celtic Holiday Parks family. Whether an experienced holiday home owner, or a complete novice, through years of knowledge our friendly team understand the importance of making the right choice, and will be here to help you at every step.
Purchase finance is available (subject to status) via Black Horse and Pegasus Finance. Please note, finance options do not include first year pitch fees.

Whilst we get asked lots of questions (see below) the most frequent relates to annual site fees.
The annual site fees include VAT, business rates, water charges, an infrastructure maintenance charge, and annual gas test. The 2018 fees are: £3,565 (Noble Court), £3,915 (Croft Country Park), and from £4,475 depending on pitch location (Meadow House). A discretionary discount of up to £400 on the fees above may be offered for early settlement. Subject to using park insurance, and paying due invoices on time (subject to change)
