As we continue to navigate the landscape of Covid 19, rest assured that we offer a number of options should you be unable to undertake your holiday for the following reasons:

~ legislation dictates that you are unable to travel from your area

~ legislation dictates that you are unable to travel into Wales

~ you have evidence to support your need to isolate or indeed are suffering from symptoms of Covid 19. Anyone with such symptoms are unable to enter any of our holiday parks or public buildings

As a company we are able to offer the following options:

~ an opportunity to carry your holiday forward to an alternative date within a 12 month period from your existing check in date, subject to availability*

~ a credit note to be used towards your next holiday

~ a full refund

*We will not be making any administration charges for such a  move.  You may however be required to make further payment in regard to the cost of the new holiday, if priced differently to your original booking.  We would confirm this with you at a future date.  Holiday cancellations which DO NOT RELATE to the above circumstances, please note that our standard  terms and conditions apply. 

We would respectfully request  that any visitors displaying symptoms of Covid-19 or living with family members displaying symptoms remain home, and move your booking to a future date.
