Whether for holiday guests, holiday home owners or members of the public within our 3 popular Charlie's Restaurant & Bars. This is a key role where you'll provide delicious menus and dishes across all 3 Holidays Parks.
Celtic Holiday Parks is a multi award winning Holiday Park company based in Pembrokeshire, with 3 Holiday Parks within the south of the County. Celtic offers a combination of holiday rental accommodation including glamping, luxury lodges and static caravans, the Charlie’s brand of restaurants based at each Park, together with swimming pools, gyms and Celtic Wellbeing fitness & wellbeing – all of which are also open to the public.
Currently holding the accolade of Best Caravan and Glamping in Wales (National Tourism Awards) Celtic Holiday Parks provide outstanding holiday experiences, for both owners and guests, creating boutique hotel style facilities within a holiday park environment. Salary: from £11.00/hour upwards (depending on experience – to be discussed at interview) |

Hours: 40 hours per week (Full time, permanent), including weekends on rota. Hours vary between 11 am and ending service at 9 pm, year round. Hours with flexibility according to business needs. If you are required to work above an average of 48 hours per week (over an average of 17 weeks) you will have the opportunity to opt out of the restriction of an average 48 hour working week. Having a flexible approach to work hours is key. This post is also available part time, working at a pro rata rate. We are happy to discuss hours and flexibility. |

Job Purpose: To play a key role in supporting the kitchen team in providing delicious menus and dishes across all 3 holiday parks within Charlie’s Restaurants and Bars. Our Parks definitely have wow factor with their landscapes and accommodation, and we love our food to equally please. | ||||||||
