Our aim is always to make the process a smooth, and even enjoyable, process – so perhaps we can start here by answering a few questions often raised by prospective owners:

How can I purchase a Celtic Holiday Park home?
You can purchase a new or used caravan holiday home direct from each park. We usually have models from leading manufacturers on show and some quality used units available for viewing.

How much will it cost?
Costs vary but all caravan holiday homes prices are inclusive of pitch fees for the current season and services connection.

For how long are the parks open?

• Croft Holiday Park – first weekend in March to second weekend in November
• Meadow House Holiday Park – 1st March to 30th November
• Noble Court Holiday Park – 1st March to 31st October
  

Can I sub-let to family and friends?
Yes, of course! Just fill in the special forms and hand them in to the park reception.
Your guests must comply with park rules and regulations.

How much are the annual pitch fees?
Pitch fees vary from park to park and, at Meadow House, fees also depend on the holiday home pitch location. Fees start at just £2,099 per year, which includes ground rent, VAT, rates, water rates, infrastructure maintenance charge and an annual gas test. A discretionary £150 discount may also be offered for early settlement.

When are pitch fees due?
Pitch fees are payable in two instalments – prior to 28th November and the balance by 7th March the following year.

Can finance be arranged for purchasing a caravan holiday home?
Celtic Holiday Parks is a licensed broker and can tailor packages to suit you from leading financial houses specialising in the leisure sector. Can I expect any additional costs?
Just electricity, gas and insurance charges plus a bi-annual electric test.
