Annual pitch fees
Pitch fees vary from park to park and, at Meadow House, also vary depending on the holiday home pitch location. Fees start at just £2,550 per year, which includes ground rent, VAT, rates, water rates, infrastructure maintenance charge and an annual gas test. A discretionary £250 discount may also be offered for early settlement.

There are a numerous options available for the payment of pitch fees. 

Can I expect any additional costs?
Just electricity, gas and insurance charges plus a bi-annual electric test.
